Thanks for purchasing our products at Home Office Team. Should you experience any issues with the product, please follow the below steps:

  1. You must contact our Customer Care team within 30 calendar days of your purchase by email with details of the issue you are experiencing. Please allow us up to 5 working days for us to respond to your issue where we will contact you directly to advise on the next course of action.

  2. If you are instructed to return the item, it must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it in and undamaged in any way. You will be responsible for re-packaging the item for safe travel in its original packaging and the cost of postage. We would suggest a service that included insurance and required a signature for your own protection. Any goods that are received back with damaged packaging will not be accepted by our representatives.

  3. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the item. Any money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

  4. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
